AMC Terms & Conditions
1. Service Coverage
- The AMC covers preventive maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of your RO water purifier.
- Includes filter replacement, UV lamp check, and minor adjustments as required.
- Only genuine spare parts are provided under the plan.
2. AMC Duration
- AMC is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- Number of service visits depends on the specific plan purchased.
3. Service Exclusions
- Damage due to improper usage, electrical faults, or water supply issues is not covered.
- Major repairs or replacement beyond regular servicing will be charged separately.
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party servicing void the AMC coverage.
4. Scheduling & Support
- Services are provided by appointment at the customer’s doorstep.
- Customers should provide accurate contact details for scheduling visits.
- Emergency service requests are subject to availability.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- AMC can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- No refund for services already availed.
- Cancellation after 7 days is subject to pro-rata refund at company discretion.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure RO unit is accessible and powered during service visits.
- Report any issues clearly to help technicians provide accurate service.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by negligence.
- AMC service is limited to the scope described above.
