RO AMC – Free Service Plan

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the RO AMC – Free Service Plan. By purchasing this AMC, the customer agrees to all the terms mentioned below.

1. AMC Plan Details

• This AMC plan includes 3 free services in one year.
• Services will be provided as per the service schedule decided by the company.
• This AMC is applicable for all brands of RO / Water Purifiers.

2. Free Services Coverage

• Only service charges are free under this AMC.
• Each service includes general check-up, cleaning, and performance inspection.
• No cash will be paid or adjusted if any service is not used during the AMC period.

3. Spare Parts & Filters

• Spare parts, filters, membranes, candles, pumps, adapters, or any other parts are NOT included in this Free Service AMC.
• If any part needs replacement, additional charges will apply.
• All replaced parts will be charged as per current market price.

4. Brand & Compatibility

• This AMC is valid for any brand of RO / Water Purifier.
• Service will be provided only if spare parts are available.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must provide proper access to the RO unit at the time of service.
• Electricity, water supply, and installation space must be available.
• Any pre-existing damage is not covered under AMC.

6. Service Area & Timing

• Services will be provided only within the company’s serviceable area.
• Service visits will be scheduled during normal working hours.

7. AMC Validity

• The AMC is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
• AMC is non-transferable and valid for one RO unit only.

8. Cancellation & Refund

• Once AMC is activated, no refund will be provided.
• AMC cannot be cancelled or transferred to another customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company will not be responsible for damage caused due to poor water quality, voltage fluctuation, mishandling, or use of non-recommended parts.

10. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
